Investigators reviewed surveillance footage from the store and were able to identify a suspect: 28-year-old Michael Miller. Officers later took Miller into custody without apparent incident at his residence, though he has not yet been charged.

The victim was identified late Tuesday afternoon as 34-year-old Dennis Vosika, of Mankato. There were no reports of any other injuries.

The Mankato Department of Public Safety is working alongside the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension to investigate the killing. Formal charges against Miller are expected to be filed within the coming days.
